Ecobonus and Bonus Facades for Energy Efficiency
It is not always easy for the citizen to get into the details of the tax relief legislation in order to make the most of the opportunities provided by the law.
Our qualified staff is available to provide you with all the information related to the possibilities introduced by Law no. 77 of 17 July 2020, which raises to 110% the deduction rate for expenses incurred from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021, for specific interventions in the field of energy efficiency, anti-seismic interventions, installation of photovoltaic systems or infrastructures for recharging electric vehicles in buildings.
We will analyse each individual request and requirement.
Resident and non-resident taxpayers, even if they have a business income, who own, for whatever reason, the property on which the intervention is to be carried out, can benefit from the Ecobonus.
The Ecobonus is available to individuals, including art and professional workers, taxpayers with business income, professional associations, private and public entities that do not carry out commercial activities, IACP and entities with the same social purpose (if established by 2013), and indivisible housing cooperatives.
Individuals who are eligible for the Ecobonus include holders of a right in rem on the property, condominiums for work on the common parts of the condominium, tenants, those who have the property on loan, family members living with the holder or owner of the property, and cohabiting partners.
